Small school, big friends
As a single academy trust, it is important for us to maintain our individuality and as a small rural community school, we pride ourselves in offering our students personalised learning experiences.
Therefore it is vital that we embrace collaboration and build outwardly facing strategic partners.
Through these partnerships, we are able to build capacity that offers a myriad of opportunities for our school community to engage in, which will be of benefit to their schooling and lifelong learning.
These partners include:
Compass for Life is a framework that provides students with a formula that empowers them to take responsibility for their own learning and to achieve their ambitions in partnership with their teachers
Through our collaboration with Marlborough College, at least one student from Pewsey Vale School is guaranteed a bursary/scholarship into Marlborough College Sixth Form.
The Bitterne Park Teaching School Alliance is a growing partnership comprising a diverse range of primary and secondary schools across Hampshire and Wiltshire, which present dynamic and exciting training possibilities for those wishing to pursue a career in teaching.
The Education Strategy Partnership (ESP) is a group of 12 local schools that work collaboratively in the best interests of students in the Swindon area. We are committed to improving learning outcomes for over 4000 students on roll in the 12 schools, across all educational phases.
Thriving Through Venture provides volunteer programmes for young people in the UK, that stimulate a positive mindset, and develop transferable practical and vocational skills, alongside supporting local communities as well as other communities in developing countries.
